That shii was hilarious, you know he'd do some shii like that now come on, last season he was a fool with it, making everyone miserable ahaha. Expect the unexpected from him always, the unpredictable menace!! He be on some "facepalm" shii, but we love it (most of the time) and it gets the job done. Plus it's his signature style, everyone knows when he's refining, to run for cover, remember a few episodes ago when they were taking over the sect with an array, his sect members were scared af lmao.

It definitely is, season 1 was fantastic, but some reason 2nd season has been like a fart aha. The usual bad subs they have on here doesn't help either, so I'd have to disagree with you about that one, but other than that if you find good subs, it's phenomenal and deserves massive recognition.

Though I like it being lowkey kind of since it's such a treasure and makes me feel special, especially when anime/donghua get popular and becomes tainted by the fans who want end up strong arming the author/studio to change up shii for the worse smh.

Im watching on you tube Elements Anime channel, it has pretty decent good english subs...yeah I absolutely love the novel, the only xian xia where the MC actually uses his brain to fight, nego or stay low profile to hides from his enemies depending on situation, and doesnt have dumbass characters that flies into rage & fight over trivial matters or to impress a girl, and doesnt depends on lady luck for sudden powerup out of nowhere like many other chinese donghua shows
